Coral Homes just won a coveted industry award two years running!

Congratulations to Coral Homes for taking out the WINNER HIA Queensland Professional Major Builder 2021 (adding to their award for the same category last year!)

Coral Homes was awarded the 2021 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Queensland Region Professional Major Builder 2021 at the 49th Annual HIA-CSR Housing Awards, held recently at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

“What a fantastic effort for Coral Homes to win back-to-back awards and be recognised by the HIA in this way. It is a credit to our entire team to be named the HIA 2021 Professional Major Builder in Queensland,” says Coral Homes CEO Steve Foley, who was ecstatic to accept the prestigious award on the night.

“Coral Homes have been in operation for over 31 years and built almost 25,000 homes, so to be honoured for business excellence after three decades is a remarkable achievement.”

Coral Homes have won the award for two years in a row, showing consistency and excellence across the board, from customer service to construction, design to service & warranty, and HR to finance. And given we’re all mid-global pandemic and navigating all of the unknowns and hurdles that brings, the award this year means so much more to Steve and his team.

“COVID-19 has thrown a lot of builders curveballs, but we’ve navigated our way through these unprecedented challenges and still produced innovative and affordable dream homes for Australian families in a timely manner.”

Coral Homes offer over 190 home designs from the Hamptons aesthetic to their new Modern design direction; there’s a floorplan and facade to suit every Australian family.

The award-winning residential builder has multiple innovative display homes currently under construction throughout Queensland, including at Hervey Bay, Willawong, and Thornton.
