This Sunshine Coast home is adorned in white walls and it’s got us falling hard. While we love colour as much as the next person, homeowners Zoë and Andrew are onto a good thing with their white hot space and we explain why. Getting back to basics doesn’t have to be boring. Using white creates a blank canvas and provides an opportunity to use colour through your choice of furniture, artwork or décor.
For this mother of three, it was important to showcase treasured collectables and lovely little details like fairy lights and bunting – a personal favourite of Zoë’s. Rich timber flooring throughout this Buderim home is yet another reason why an all-white palette works so well. As a feature, it creates a sense of warmth – the moment you step through the door you feel right at home. Put the two together and you’ve got yourself a winning combination.
