Well-versed in creating opulent pools for luxurious homes, Beau Corp’s latest project fits the bill without question. The owners of this home wanted something which would catch the eye, embodying a sense of classic, minimalist design as it gazed out over the nearby ocean. “They wanted classic, geometric straight lines, and they wanted privacy and low maintenance,” explains Michael Hoy of Beau Corp. “Essentially, it’s an extension of their apartment.”
Of course, the incredible views certainly help this outdoor area shine, but it’s the combination of textures, materials and talent which truly make the space outstanding. Merbau timber decking gives the clients their low-maintenance dream, while the outdoor living area adjacent to the rooftop pool makes post-dip snacking a breeze. The materials – commercial-grade Astral pool equipment – are of the highest calibre, chosen to give the client peace of mind should they ever wander away on holidays.

Energy-efficient pumps and chlorinators are perfectly timed to function as needed… so, says Hoy, the homeowners can simply “lock the penthouse up and travel.”
Aesthetically, it’s a stunning visual, made possible with turquoise Bisazza glass mosaics artfully arranged and contrasted with a pebblecrete interior. Beau Corp and their client also worked closely in creating an overhead structure, framing the simple lines of the pool. The “unique geometry” of the design gives the area a creative boost; teamed with frameless glass fencing, it’s the perfect final detail for a luxurious space.
In this lavish home, the bespoke experience speaks for itself – and so, too, does Beau Corp Aquatics‘ talents. “It’s minimalistic with a wow factor,” says Hoy. “The client loves the open and unique environment.”
